Huawei Mate Xs is an improved version of the Mate X foldable smartphone. It has upgraded OS and chip. The Mate Xs gets an unfolded 8-inch OLED Display of QHD+ resolution, which shrinks to 6.0inches when folded. The device used to fabricate plastic on front and aluminum on the back, and its total weight is 300 grams. No protection glass means you have to be careful about it.
The Mate Xs brings the combo of EMUI 10 and open-source Android 10 OS. The Huawei foldable device runs on HMS core (Huawei Mobile Services) as an alternative to GMS core (Google Mobile Services). The new ecosystem brings Account Kit (similar to Gmail for Play Store), Location Kit (instead of Google Maps), Drive Kit, Game Service, Push Kit, Analytic Kit, In-App purchases, and at last Ads Kit - an alternate to the Google Admob.
Mate Xs comes with a total of four cameras treated for both photography and selfie video calling. The primary is a 40MP f/1.8 wide lens that can shoot 4k movies as well as FHD streams. The other Leica-branded cameras are 8MP (f/2.4) telephoto, 16MP (f/2.2) ultrawide having a 120-degree field of view, and a 3D Time of Flight sensor.
